Sarah Miller – Chief Financial Officer

Sarah Miller first began working at The Children’s House in 2003. Sarah has served in various positions at the Children’s House and in 2019 was promoted to Chief Financial Officer. Sarah has a Bachelor’s of Business Administration Degree in Marketing from The University of Cincinnati.

Jessica Tomasic – Assistant Director of Operations

Jessica Tomasic has a BA in Early Childhood Development from Purdue University and has over a decade of experience educating children, including two of her own. Jessica has been with The Children’s House since 2013, and has served has Director of our Delhi, West Chester and Montgomery locations.  In her free time, she enjoys singing at church and for the community, taking hikes and spending time with her children.

Greta Weber – Montessori Consultant

Greta has been teaching in Montessori classrooms for 35 years. She received her B.S. in Family Relations and Child Development from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and her Montessori degree and AMS certification from COMMET in Columbus, OH.  In 2002, she became an Ortan-Gillingham reading specialist through the Scottish Rites division in Cincinnati, OH. In her free time, she enjoys working in the yard, craft projects, thinking of new ways to help teach children and golf.

Cassandra O’Daniel – Director of Education

Cassie O’Daniel has been with The Children’s House since its inception in 1995.  She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education from Mount Saint Joseph University and is currently obtaining a Masters of Education in Montessori Education from Xavier University. Cassie has taught practically every subject we offer to students. She develops the curriculum for our preschool through Kindergarten students and is responsible for the academic training of our teachers.  She works closely with the Board of Education and Homeland Security to ensure we meet or exceed all guidelines.

Gail Stansel Dwertman – Montessori Consultant

Gail has taught at Villa Madonna Montessori since 1989. She earned a B.S. in Medical Technology from Eastern Kentucky University in 1979, received her Med in Montessori from Xavier University in 1986 and is AMS certified.

Patrick Hannahan – Education Consultant

Patrick Hannahan is an education expert with ten years of experience designing and delivering programs to improve learning outcomes in low- and middle-income countries. He currently directs a global initiative supporting governments and civil society to identify and scale effective education interventions. He has worked on education issues in many countries, including Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Bosnia, China, Iraq, Jordan, Kenya, Kyrgyzstan, Rwanda, Somalia, South Sudan, Tanzania, and Zimbabwe. A firm believer that education system challenges are similar across countries, Mr. Hannahan is excited to share his global perspective to help The Children’s House deliver the highest quality instruction to its students.  Patrick received a Ed.M. from Harvard University and a B.A. in political science from Miami University. He is a Cincinnati native who continues to eat Skyline every week, regardless of where he is in the world.
